  Being several times now since moving here and there's never any stock of regular stuff I get without any problems from other Tesco's, all the items I went in for today were out of stock, this is just a normal midday weekday, not last minute on a Sunday.

  I was looking for an item that I didn't know the location off, then this very helpful and friendly guy called Jensen really helped me out. He was very useful and hope to meet him again.

  Will not visit this store again. I had a personalised clubcard price that didn't correctly scan as checkout. The checkout person refused to discount it, told about 5 others the situation and still refused to, then told me I had an attitude problem and walked away! The manager was called (by me) who sorted it in less than 30 seconds. The attitude of this staff member was appalling, the situation was humiliating and extremely unprofessional and not called for. Even the customer services that I complained to via WhatsApp said the way she treated me was uncalled for. 😡
