  Absolutely disgraceful. Refused to deliver to my front door. I'm disabled and in so much pain driver refused to bring it to my door when they always have before. When I called the store the manager was absolutely horrible. I explained the situation and instead of being polite, understanding and offering a solution he was rude and rather aggressive... Stating he'd 'always been the manager there and his drivers have NEVER delivered inside flats' I had to insist on cancelling the order and getting a refund. Absolutely disgusted with my treatment and am sat here crying because I'm in too much pain to cook

  They charge £3.50 for delivery ontop of a £65 order for a few pizzas then decide it’s acceptable to stack deliveries. My food was out of the store for almost half an hour while the driver made other drops before they attempted to deliverer it luke warm to my house. We refused the food and had to go through my bank to create a charge back to get a refund as the store refused to refund. Appalling. AVOID.

  Ordered pizzas on the app to be delivered for between 5:45pm and 6pm. - pizza delivered at 5:30 this would normally be welcomed if we hadn’t scheduled it, the reason for being scheduled was due to fasting. Now we are here looking at the pizza going cold that we can’t eat. I called the branch and they said it’s not their fault and it is the fault of the app even though they could see we had ordered it for a specific time frame. not even an apology and offered no real solution apart from to send it back with the delivery driver however he wouldn’t be able to send us another pizza until after 6pm.

  Pizza's made in house the best and ice cream worth the high price.Staff friendly only fault no carry out bags,had to juggle food to my car
