  Security guards here are an absolute joke. Lock the store 10 minutes before due to actually close and won't let in a family in desperate need of nappies.

  Disappointing experience today (Friday). It started with queuing to park the car. I couldn’t even leave , as that was a long queue too. So I decided I needed the choice from this big store and persevered. Next, I couldn’t take the trolley up to the shop as escalators weren’t working . Same problem in the store, escalators not working up to first floor. At least that stopped me spending more! Shelves not stocked . Checkout experience was ok and the queue to exit the car park had improved slightly . Defo won’t do a Friday shop here again for a long while …

  Generally there can be a lack of stock. Staff vary in how helpful they are. Have encountered rude staff that clearly don’t want to help. I have stopped shopping there.

  Completely ruined what was the best cafe in town. You order via machines....Due to new spec if for example you ask for CRISPY bacon...not a chance, you are told "it comes as it comes". Another example of taking jobs away in place of technology! No personal touch.
