The food was fresh and served quickly, and everything tasted as expected — especially the baked goods which were warm and satisfying. The drink was also made well and ready fast. Staff were friendly and efficient, even when it was busy, and the service didn’t take long at all. The shop was clean and easy to navigate. Overall, another reliable visit — great value and consistency every time.

- LBLewis BillinghamApr 10, 20261.0Came in for a collection on the 10th April I was aware I had arrived earlier as I wanted to buy something else (I work round the corner aswell and was collecting on behalf of everyone in the office) as I made my way to collection I was greeted by a worker named Trish who in a very rude way that I shouldn’t be there yet as it’s not ready and will be another 7 minutes I said I’m aware and just wanted it to be known I’m here to buy other things aswell which I proceeded to do and I stood out the way as there was no seats, I stood for about 10 minutes then noticed my food ready for collection in the back and Trish be told about it instead of telling me she rudely stared at me another colleague of hers asked what I was waiting for and I explained about Trish to her, as I was talking Trish approached my bags and placed them infront of me saying nothing and walking off very unhappy with this service as it is my place of works usual place to eat and the other staff members know all of us as we are in there all the time very sorry to say it but I don’t think we will be coming here we weren’t expecting micheline level food but was expecting the usual service and I have never been served by this Trish before and it’s just appalling I watched her be continuously be miserable to other customers and I never leave reviews but this had to be said.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
