Pizza was not good and the fries were raw. After saying they’d give me a complimentary side, they went back on this. Will not be ordering with them again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable.
We ordered a Pepperoni Passion with additional toppings, yet the pizza arrived without any pepperoni at all. On top of that, the chicken tenders were clearly stale and not fresh.
When we called the store to explain the issue, the person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive. Not once did he apologise for the mistake or the inconvenience. Instead, he spoke with a shocking amount of attitude, as if the error was somehow our fault.
He said he would resend the pizza, but insisted that we must return the original pizza with not even one slice missing, and that it would take an hour for the replacement to arrive. The way this was communicated was incredibly unprofessional.
When we raised the issue of the stale chicken tenders, he refused to replace them and said he didn’t believe they weren’t fresh. Dismissing a customer’s concern about food quality like that is extremely worrying.
Because of the rude attitude and the unreasonable wait time, we called back and cancelled the replacement order entirely. At that point, we simply didn’t feel comfortable waiting another hour for food from a place where the staff member handling the complaint clearly didn’t care about the situation.
To be completely honest, after the way we were spoken to, it also made us question whether the food would even be handled with the proper care or hygiene standards. When someone shows that level of disregard for customer service and accountability, it naturally makes you wonder how seriously they take other aspects of their job.
Mistakes happen in hospitality — that’s understandable. But how staff respond to those mistakes is what defines a business, and this experience was handled extremely poorly from start to finish.
Management or the franchise owner should seriously review both the customer service standards and food quality at this location, because this was far below what customers should expect.
