    it would be nice to see a smile on some of the workers. whenever I try to order something It always seems like they can't be bothered and a big deal an that they don't want to be there. they should make customers feel welcomed and treated normally, and i don't want to feel like ordering something is such a hassle. also to not be discriminated by age as the mostly female workers are specifically more rude to teenagers it'll be nice to see a smile and a thank you for ordering and giving you my money some of my friends have also said that ordering a singular pot of ketchup is resulting into a dirty look from the workers. when I went to the counter to order my food, I had to wait because the worker was too busy on her phone and i was the only one in there. thankyou

    Hi, I am an Uber driver and I would like to make a complaint about a staff member at the Subway on sedgley/ High Street dy3 1rp.There is a lady working there whose name I do not know, but whenever I go there to collect an order, she never gives the order on time and speaks very rudely. Drivers are left standing and waiting for a long time, and if other walk-in customers arrive after us, she serves them first, even if a driver has already been waiting for 30–40 minutes. She does not seem to care that drivers are waiting and need to complete deliveries on time. As Uber drivers, we only get paid the amount shown when we accept the job. Uber does not pay us extra for waiting 30–40 minutes at the restaurant, so this wastes our time and affects our earnings. Despite this, the staff do not show any understanding towards drivers. The behaviour of this lady is very bad and unprofessional. She does not clearly tell us how long the order will take, and when we ask, she responds rudely. That is why I want to make a complaint about her behaviour towards delivery drivers. Thank you.

    worker was very rude and un polite asked to use toilet as was a paying customer yet the worker didn’t know the pass word to the cubicle overall not a nice experience and the footlong cookie is under cooked £8 for 2 undercooked footlong cookies is un acceptable and took an unreasonable amount of time to make to say it was undercooked

    Whoever was working yesterdays shift (16/10/20) at 5 pm for the just eat orders needs the sack, disgusting attention to detail and poor customer service. We ordered off just eat for a meatball marinara and received a meatless vegan version instead, if i wanted to order vegan then I would have. Secondly all of the bread was wrong on every sub (4 subs) is it really that hard to read an order and take your time to get things right😂 won’t make the mistake of ordering here again
