    If I could give 0 stars I would Really bad service at your merry hill store on Thursday 28th May at 15.00pm the shop on the Lower Mall unit L6a near the front entrance . Had trouble using the self checkout machine so asked if I could pay at the till . A disgruntled employee who seemed put out that I dared to ask said I could but next time I will have to use the self checkout . He did not offer to help me navigate the screen for the next time which there won’t be one after this disgusting service . He went through the order as if he really couldn’t be bothered to serve me and I was just an inconvenience to him . He then asked how was I paying pans I said by card and he said he could only except cash. I was so exasperated at this point I just walked out and told him I would be making a complaint. Your meals are not that cheap and at £7 plus I expect a huge improvement in the service . Not everybody is tech savvy and a little kindness goes a long way and in this instance you have lost a long-standing Customer. The Employee was rude lazy obnoxious unhelpful slouched over the counter and he spoke in such a low tone I really just checked out from the sheer disrespect from him. How on earth you have him as front facing for the business is anybody’s guess but I certainly won’t be visiting your merry hill store again .

    Came to grab a light meal on my birthday and they did whatever they could to mess up with the food and ruin my day. I ordered waffle fries and I received mashed potato almost. All in tiny broken pieces and tastes like it has been cooked 2 days ago and then warmed up Terrible...

    Unfortunately recently they have got rid of human interaction and instead have placed giant self service screens in front of the ordering station, so you can no longer correctly choose what you want, definitely avoid and before this change it used to be an OK food place.
