  They now have self service machines, which is helpful when this place gets busy. The prices are a little ridiculous. There are no meal deals, everything is separate. Fries can be salted or Cajun and all burgers are plain (two patties) and you pick the toppings. Similarly with the milkshakes, you choose the ingredients. The best burgers I’ve ever had. The fries are usually great just occasionally they’re overdone. Decent amount of fries, the larger the size, the more people that can share. The sodas are refillable. Not sure if there are toilets inside, but Merry Hill has some to the left of the front door (if you are looking at Five Guys) Waiting time for food is acceptable.

  I normally really enjoy eating the Cajun fries - I was disappointed that the fries were a bit saggy - first time I’ve had saggy fries at a 5 Guys. Hopefully it was a 1-off. Otherwise the store was clean, not too loud and the staff were friendly.

  Seemed to be a while to wait for food. Wasn't very busy. The toilet was absolutely filthy but I'm guessing due to customers and not the staff. The staff were friendly. Lots of seating. Food quality was ok. Our first time there and didn't think anything extravagant for food. Kids meals end up being pricey.
