  I was ordering frim the kios but i was strongling bcs i am not use to technologie but tge assistant manager came to help me order , he was very friendly and helpfull .ill definitly come back again .

  me and my family went out to eat at brierley hill burger king and the assistant manager Barry was really kind and friendly towards us we enjoyed our lunch at brierley hill burger king the food the service and the atmosphere was amazing thank you very much we will definitely come back again soon!!

  Amazing service from the assistant manager Barry. He was so nice customer friendly towards me and my family and the food was amazing as well thankyou !!

  I went to order after a long family day out through the drive through. They only allowed one order despite asking if I was able to do two (not a hard task really) after multiple requests I was told to park up as my food wasn’t ready and to order separately inside whilst I had a screaming kid in the car who just wanted to go home to sleep after a long draining day. Terrible service. To top it off the server at the window handed all drinks over separately and had to wait until physically prompted to hand over a drink holder.

  Ordered at 9.41 no other customers waited for 15mins for food. Was informed when food arrived we had 10 mins to eat as they were closing. Online states 11pm closing. Then as we were eating the staff began cleaning and bashing the broom very loudly making it very uncomfortable to eat. Worst customer service i have ever had.
