  I ordered via just eat and after waiting over an hour I called the restaurant to check that they had received my order and that it would hopefully be on its way soon. I spoke with Callum who was amazing he advised that the order was done but that no driver had come to collect it. He said he would contact just eat for me to see if he could get a driver assigned and that he would call me back. He called me back and said that he had been advised a driver would be assigned and they need to allow some time. He called me again to give me a further update and advised that the driver had just arrived. Our food was made fresh for us and finally arrived thanks to Callum he really went above and beyond on this for us. It did take 2 hours for us to get our food but it was hot and exactly what we ordered. Callum is a real credit to your restaurant. Thank you Callum.

  For the first time in ages had a McDonald's burger a few weeks ago and was stunned how small the bun and burger had become. Tried Burger King today, much better although still quite expensive but I guess that's a sign of the times, chips are proper too.

  Disgusting experience the manager was so rude spoke rude about a customer while she was stood their and also slammed the food in my face I went to speak to her personally and she proceeded to say I was in the wrong when their were cameras that could of shown proof but because she a manger it’s her say over mine honestly have never had this experience anywhere especially with a manger in the whole 10 mins I was their I’ve seen a worker more on her phone then working. Will never tell anyone to go their unless they want to feel disrespected.
