  I will never go to this Burger King ever again I ordered the new trio small burgers meal and it dose not tell you that one comes with bacon and I don't eat bacon ever. So I asked if I can get one of the burgers with no bacon and all they did is take the bacon out of the burger in from of me and gave me the same burger once the bacon toutched everything in the burger and that is so so wrong but I did not complain as I wanted the rest of the food seen as I paid nearly £40 for my food. Worst service ever

  One of the worst takeaway meals I’ve had in a long while. Ordered the Double Beef Melt and the description and picture makes it look like it’s supposed to be a cheese explosion when in reality it was Bun, Burger, Burger, Squirt of Cheese Sauce, Bun. To say the that burger meal was around £9, the quantity and quality of food is abysmal. Likewise, the staff here need to learn how to speak to other humans over a speaker. It’s like talking to a bot devoid of personality which doesn’t help when two things you asked for they don’t have in.

  I ordered online but they Got the order wrong and refused my calls. Ordered 2x double whoppers, they gave me 1 whopper and 1 double whopper, I called and they asked me to bring it all the way back, which is too far, they wouldn't take my calls after. Joke of a branch

  Some of the staff at Burger King Castle Gate are genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same couple of female staff members are consistently rude, dismissive and often ignore customers. This has happened on several occasions, so it’s clearly not just a one-off. It really lets the place down and needs to be addressed by management.

  Would give no stars if possible! Ordered bacon double cheese burger meal and bacon double cheeseburger xl meal. Ordered on the app and went through the drive thru and was asked to park up. Food was brought out within five mins. Looked at the bacon it looked really pale and showed my partner, touched the inside of the bun and the bacon and it was actually ice cold! My partners burger was the exact same and the bacon ice cold to the touch! My partner took them back in to be told by a male member of staff, that they had ran out of bacon and he'd had to get some out of the chiller. My partner said could you not even have cooked it! He said it was left on the side for 15 minutes to thaw. We asked for a refund only to be told we need to do it on the app which is proving tricky. I'm so glad we didn't just bite into those burgers! Absolutely disgusting just wish I'd have taken a photograph before taking them back🤦🏽‍♀️.
