    Milkshake is awful £15 for 2 and it's just two cups of milk with no ice cream? Staff are rude and uninterested.

    Staff are nice but the pricing is baffling. Do yourself a favour and go buy a tub instead at one of the nearby supermarkets. Or if you really fancy a dessert whilst out, there are a couple other more unique and enjoyable options elsewhere in the centre.

    It was a really good experience. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the ice cream was delicious. I would definitely recommend this location.

    Today I came to Ben & Jerry to have a ice cream and couldn't make up my mind, but Jass was so lovely and helpful she helped me pick the sweet mango and suggested adding a scoop of vanilla to go with it, and it was the perfect combination! Great service, friendly staff, and delicious ice cream. Will definitely be coming back again.
