  I tried the vegan no chicken burger from burger king today and I was more than impressed. The staff were really friendly. The food arrived quickly and was at the correct temperature. I will definitely return to this burger king

  Waited 15mins for cold food carelessly prepared mess by the only one person preparing food with about 10 orders on collection waiting screen. Chicken is vile processed rubbish taste like plastic as did the beef ish burger

  Connor was brilliant! Fabulous customer service at Unit 16, Eat Central / Food court. Merry Hill. My daughter & I went to BK yesterday - Bank Hol Mon & they were closing at 6pm, so we got there just before closing time at around 5.50pm, and you could tell they were almost clsoing, cleaning & tidying - so we were approached by Connor and he siad it was drinks only! I was like 'oh please my daughter has been looking fwd to this meal' and we tried to get there on time. I was like, she only wanted chicken nuggets & fries - his response was 'Oh ok, I can do that'! Even though he was tired, he still helped and his approach was kind. I said 'that was a good deed of the day', he responded with 'the last customer & happy. Best Wishes Connor - see u soon. Anita
