Unfortunately the staff are not very polite at all. They make customers search through huge sacks of parcels to find their own parcel which involves lots of the parcels already in there getting damaged and shouldn't be something the customer job to do. The last twice I have been in to this shop I have left feeling very upset as the staff have been so rude to me. I will be avoiding this shop if I possible can.

Bought 2 items that were on special offer Nescafe original £3.49 offer price £2.50 plus surf tropical 80 wash was on offer @£10 along with a couple of other items, was charged full price for the special offer price items, over £3.50 overcharged, I would just call it pickpocketing the customers pockets, or possibly stealing, from the customers, trading standards need to step up on this sort of practice.
