I get a coffee most mornings before work and he is probably one of the most pleasant, cheerful and polite humans I have encountered, in life! It always makes me smile when I hear his voice- he is a little ray of sunshine in the mornings. Let’s get Dylan/ Dillon a pay rise for being exceptional?! Thank you!!!

- EKEd KirkwoodMay 15, 20261.0wasn't impressed with manager lad ordered by machine, no receipt printed after paying, got help, got order and sat down with child happy meal, we ordered a toy, took tray and sat down child opened and it was a book, asked to replace with toy and young girl asked manager who gave an angry face and said no. Young girl came back said no as it had been opened, told her I had ordered toy, manager came over again with angry face you opened it so we can't give you a toy, I said I ordered toy and child wasn't to know what was in it, she said you wanna buy a toy then I said no I want what I ordered she snapped it off me and handed me a toy, I get it was busy and probably stressed a bit but it was a simple replacement nothing big
