  Ordered food online after a concert. Paid £49.27 for the food and it never came via uber eats where I ordered from. To say extremely aggravated that I’m down essentially £50 and no food to show!!!!!!!

  Lovely clean unit, service was friendly and prompt. Extra large pizza deal for 12 pounds was “good value” But the pizza tasted bad, worse than the other pizza chains- for first time ever we left more pizza than we ate as family,

  I have visited Papa John's on the Newtownards Road a couple of times. The staff are always helpful. I really enjoy the vegetarian pizzas: I can recommend the Garden Party or the Hot Pepper Passion. I enjoyed the buffalo sauce for a change. The £4.99 lunch offer is super value. The only downside is that I don't find parking nearby particularly straightforward.

  Ordered pizza from uber eats which was accepted by papa johns, order then was prepared but now has been over an hour with no sign of food showing up. I have called 8 times with no answer. Disgraceful service. Called the phone number was told by one member of staff the refund was coming on Monday and told by another member he would issue refund and call me back which he never did. Asked for manager and was refused the ability to speak to him utterly disgraceful. I will get my refund.

  The pizzas were delicious, with great flavor and fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the ordering process quick and easy. It’s a great takeaway spot if you’re looking for a quality pizza without a long wait. They also have some excellent deals and offers, making it great value for money.
