Staff always try to charge me more and there's one worker who won't let me bring a drink in and they are all so cheeky

If I could give 0 starts I would. Tried to contact the branch multiple times to make them aware of how poor the pizza was that I received and zero communication back. Will not be back.

Placed my order, got home to find out that half the order was wrong. Called the shop and offered me £15 credit. I turned the credit down, and just wanted the correct order, but delivered this time. I was then informed I had to pay the delivery charge. If I had of taken the £15 credit, the pizza was £12, which meant I would have £3 still in credit, surely I should of only had to pay £1.99?? Never again will I get pizza from here. Rip off. Terrible customer service.

Don't get the nachos cause the you'll just get nachos, no jalapenos or sauce. Not even the dip that was supposed to come with it. Don't order the cinnamon dippers either cause they forgot the icing too. Spending money on things you won't get, what's the point.
