  Ordered food at 5.30pm today, had to call them at 6.30 to check on our order as it had said 20mins delivery. Had to repeat the order several times and the cost as well as they said it was the incorrect amount explained it was an online booking and that was the cost. They then said wr had to pick it up ourselves even though we had paid delivery. Then came out with the nonsense our address was blocked.....we have ordered several times since start of year. They said it was a glitch on the computer, no apology and to get in touch with customer service for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful and have now lost us as customers.

  The woman that works the phone at night needs fired. Last month I ordered a pizza that never arrived, I called the store and she claims i was called three times by them, which was just a complete lie considering i received no calls and had nothing in my call history. She claimed she would give me a refund which i never got, and i had to call the store a week later to get it. If that wasn't bad enough, a second incident happened tonight. I called her wondering where my delivery was since it had been an hour since i ordered, when she proceeded to give completely unclear and cheeky answers while laughing on the phone. Then, we were informed the delivery driver left the pizzas at the doorstep of the wrong house, received it from him an hour after it was out for delivery freezing cold, and i can't make it up when i say there were ants and a slug inside the boxes. You'd think this place was operating in a shanty town, actually ridiculous.

  I ordered and paid £17 for a pizza on Uber eats for a foreign female delivery driver who refused to deliver my food to my door she couldn't find the address and rang me to ask where I was so I directed her up the street to my home she wouldn't bring the pizza up to my door and wanted me to walk down in the freezing cold at half 1 in the morning due to her laziness she then drove off with my food which I paid for and I never got it absolutely disgusting service but I will be seeking legal procedures against them avoid this company at all costs .
