  I am utterly disgusted with the service tonight. We ordered via your app to a total of just over £60. Took over an over only for 5 drinks plus 2 extra drinks that we didn't order to turn up, without ANY FOOD, tried endlessly to contact the restaurant via phone NO ANSWER,to then talk to one of your virtual assistants who offered us an £11 refund. Some bloody expensive drinks eh...In the mean time my son went to the restaurant to sort this out who offered to sort the food out, but to get home and and again missing items. Absolute joke. Will not be returning

  Food was just a normal McDonald's. I got a parking fine because I stayed for 1hr37 while we chatted and ate our meal. I'll avoid forever now.

  Terrible service, gone there multiple times on different occasions and times, every time always get mine and my childrens orders wrong, have lied to me saying the milkshakes arnt available but when i went inside to complain about my food, they were giving out milkshakes AND ice cream. Lazy, pathetic workers who lie and cant be bothered. Need to upgrade their staff because if someones allergic to something and they get their order wrong it could end in someone being seriously ill. Terrible place will not be going back anymore. Strongly recommend canford heath or Bournemouth's mcdonald's tho !

  Avoid this place. Seriously — save your time and money and go somewhere else, or at the very least choose a different location like Tower Park. Judging by other reviews, this is clearly not an isolated issue. I ordered a sandwich that literally had “bacon” in its name, and it arrived with no bacon at all. When I complained, the staff took it back and returned with the exact same sandwich, just with bacon thrown on top. Unsurprisingly, the bacon was cold and the whole thing felt like a lazy fix rather than proper service. To make things worse, there were no soft drinks available at all — meaning you’re basically forced to pay more for a different (and more expensive) drink. On top of that, there’s no self-service station anymore, so if you want something as basic as ketchup, you have to practically beg the staff for it. It gets even worse — when I spoke to the manager, Adrian, he acted as if my complaint was ridiculous. He insisted the sandwich was “as it’s supposed to be” and dismissed the issue by saying the food is pre-prepared and ready to eat. That’s not an excuse — it’s an admission of poor quality and even worse customer service. Cold food, careless preparation, missing basic items, and dismissive management. Not worth it.
