  Gluten free pizzas are no longer avaliable in store if you walk in. We were shopping in the Range and thought I'd order our tea from Domino's next door... But after years of buying GF pizzas from here before, was now told you can only order online. Reading previous reviews, I'm not the only one to experience this - and their response (and no doubt response to this review) will be they do it so they can prepare the GF pizza, and to make sure the customer reads all the allergen information... But this was no problem before and why can't this information be supplied when you turn up... What other restaurants send you away and tell you to order gluten free dishes online, then come back later to pick it up??!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s. About a month ago, I ordered a pizza with their Double Decadence crust, the one with two thin bases and cheese in between, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised. The pizza was completely dry, barely any cheese, no flavour, and honestly just unpleasant to eat. Considering I live only 5 minutes away, there’s really no excuse for the quality being that poor. What I received looked nothing like the Double Decadence crust that’s advertised. It felt like false advertising. I chose to handle this privately at first and emailed customer service. I was told someone would be in contact with me to resolve the issue, but a month later I’ve heard absolutely nothing. It’s really frustrating to be ignored after raising a genuine complaint. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would.

  Ordered food, they deliver it themselves not through uner eats etc, well I ordered my food, waited over an hour and a half and it never came, I'm being refused a refund although I never got my food

  Came to get w banger of a pizza…. told cant be served only on app… proceed to serve others
