  Order said it was delivered and did not turn up for another 15 minutes. This is awful customer service. Got told it was a “system error” … we’ll fix the system. Some of the food was cold the rest lukewarm.

  Ordered through app for delivery. Got a call saying they can’t deliver order it through the Uber app instead. Uber app doesn’t have any of the same deals - same exact order would have been £22 more. No thanks. Now to wait for a refund… with no email confirming the original order has been cancelled.
