- AAAlastair2 days ago2.0Me and my Girlfriend were celebrating an anniversary dinner. We ordered food (persumealby someone new took our order), we ordered the Calimari as starters, flat iron chicken and a double beef burger. Our starters arrived and it was not what we ordered, it was scampi. This WAS NOT a communication issue as me and my partner both clearly stated we wanted Calimari. Since Calimari looks different in every restaurant we just assumed it was their own way. We realised it what it was a few seconds after a bite due to a very unpleasant fishy tatse. We tried to get someone over but there was no one around, my Girlfriend had to get up and walk to the bar to change it. We were then told we still had to pay for the scampi. We tired to keep our cool since it was an anniversary. We were told we cannot dispute it. Very very disappointing meal.
