Attended Tesco for some bits and pieces at approximately 10:05 pm Saturday 15th August. One member of staff on duty, it appeared and was advising a customer, quote "can you use self service I'm too busy'. There were three customers including me in the shop. I am a cash paying customer. One person Infront of me wished to pay by card. The in duty staff member was not friendly and quite frankly rude even saying oh your voting is gen I picked up blue disc's for charitable causes. I don't care for his thoughts. But managerial advice needed for a condescending and entitled attitude. Maybe needs to fill shelves when shop is closed

Went into the store very early morning, lady member of staff with short bob extremely rude. Starting shouting at me across the store asking if I'd scanned my carrier bag. Not the first time I have heard this lady be rude to people either. She has zero customer service skills and clearly needs a new job away from people! Terrible customer service from her
