    The staff was unfriendly, seemed confused, and it was difficult to communicate with them. I ended up leaving and getting a kebab instead.

    I am a food delivery driver who picks up from here regularly. I don’t have problems with most of the staff, however there is one that I am not happy with. I had an order to pick up at 14:00 today and when I arrived, there was no space in the loading bay as it was taken up by taxis, so I had to pull up on the double yellow lines opposite and run in to check the status of the order. There was a young lad who was working there who told me that the order had just come through on the restaurant device. That’s not really a problem as sometimes as a driver I get sent to pick up orders too early, so I expected to wait a few minutes and moved my car into the loading bay which was free at this point. The member of staff in question was also messing around on his phone, changing songs on his playlist that was connected to a Bluetooth speaker while there were also customers waiting to be served. After 10 minutes he handed me the order and it was an Uber Eats order, even though I showed him the order number and app. I told him that the order is not correct and that I was there for a Deliveroo order. He then checked the Deliveroo device, gave a half-assed apology and told me that he would start it now. I had to cancel and told him as such, having already waited 10 minutes and also only being allowed a limited time in a loading bay as I can get a parking ticket if I wait any longer. So thanks to the incompetent staff member working this afternoon I lost out on work and therefore money, all just because he wouldn’t concentrate. The store also allows staff to work on their own despite being in a rough area with lots of drunk people at night and antisocial behaviour. The way this place is run is scandalous!

    Dear Manager, I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent visit to your Subway branch in Weymouth today at approximately 8 june 4:45 PM. I work in a chicken shop and only have a short break time, so I visited Subway expecting quick service. Unfortunately, one colleague was spending a long time talking with another customer, which caused delays in serving waiting customers. This was also disappointing because I had visited your branch last week and experienced similar issues. I understand staff should be friendly with customers, but during busy periods, service speed is important, especially for customers visiting during work breaks with limited time. I hope you can look into this and improve customer service and waiting times in future. Kind regards, Akshay

    Rubbish shop I have ever seen in my life . Today I visited the shop . The guy is not making order all the customers were going back and he replied with attitude. Previous staff was good but this is rude. Not going to buy anything again .

    On holiday in Weymouth & fancied a fresh roll so popped into Subway.. Waited 20 mins at counter then served which we accept. Environment was extremely dirty, tables not wiped & food down the back of chairs. Thought staff may wipe tables but instead on their phones & chatting in kitchen. Spent a hour in here so a good time witnessing staff not working. Before we left used toilet which actually made me feel sick, smelt so bad of urine. Very disappointing visit..needs some kind of management to help this establishment..wouldn't give it a 5 for food hygiene either. Unfortunately will not be back 😕
