Grim, very grim. We waited to get a table for breakfast. The young girl who approached us was blunt, curt and clearly not interested. Most of the seats pads are split or cracking. The tables are sticky. The breakfast was poor with a minimal selection. The outside is filthy, dirty plates and bowls left piled up on the tables. The manager and staff should be ashamed. Even though you are closing down, you still have paying customers. The sooner this place closes down the better.

If I could give a 0, that would still be too much. I Walked in for breakfast for one. Was told that because I had not pre booked I could not eat there. Nothing on their website saying you had to pre book and nothing to say they were not accepting walk ins. Been here many times in the past and I can honestly say, this was the worst experience ever. The member of staff looked like she never gave a dam and got a kick refusing service. Can see why the chain is in the trouble they are. Keep away from the place and go to Spoons.

Shambles! 1. Pumps not working so nothing available on draft 2. Order mixed grill, out of gammon, promised extra chicken, didn't come. 3. Went for the Sunday Carvery (Served till 6) but told at 5:15 they're done? 4. Decided to stay as the kids loved the look of the soft play, ordered our food let the kids loose, 10 minutes later we're told it's closed even though the doors were open, lights on and other children playing. Very upset children to handle now. 5. Food comes out, looking very bleak and bland, see pics and judge for yourself, salad missing along side extra chicken. Asian slaw was just one slice of onion in slaw, that was it. 6. Asked for ketchup, they had completely run out???? Seriously wouldn't recommend which is such a shame for a restaurant in a great location and ideally suited for families. Management seriously need to review what's happening here.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Came in for lunch and straight away got stared at like crap and turned away, got told two different reasons why we couldn’t go in, we had 8 children and 4 adults and there was loads and loads of tables free hardly anyone in there! One of the reasons was because we hadn’t booked but it was empty and I stood round the corner asking people if they had booked and they said no but were aloud in? I genuinely think we were turned away due to having 8 children - as stated dirty looks straight away, I wouldn’t go here absolutely diabolical!!!
