- SBSharron BlakeApr 9, 20264.0Co-op is a great local shop, I actually wish we had a bigger version in town, it's open until 10pm. The staffing level is near to poor but they are however lovely staff. However I took a star off for a failed delivery when I was unwell, they outsourced to Uber, Uber never collected and the Co-op staff that picked the order of frozen and fridgeable food kept it on the counter awaiting collection, I did wonder where their brain cells were, not having the idea of keeping the produce fridged and frozen, the order was then cancelled 5 hrs later, when I rang co-op to find out where my order was. So the morale of this story is don't order frozen or fresh for delivery or you could pay the price of their stupidity and Ubers failure to complete delivery. Yes they didn't get a great review either.
- DSdaphne stevensApr 4, 20264.0It's a useful little supermarket with basics for cooking and some specialty items too like gluten free and luxury ice cream all at good prices when you get the coop membership.Opening times are convenient till later in the evening, and there are reduced items near the till and young staff are very helpful finding items and restocking empty shelves. Lower prices are appealing but I also remember years ago one could also add points to get vouchers for petrol at the pump which would now be certainly very popular!
