  my friend and i travelled to bournemouth to see our other friend who lives here. We decided to treat ourselves to a wagamamas ! When we arrived it was very busy as expected for a friday evening, however we were appalled by the service.. myself and my friend have an allergy to which the manager took over 15 minutes to come and take our order to then be met with rude behaviours by the manager! Sighing and rolling his eyes when we stated our allergies at one point he even swore in front of us! The food took ages to come out and we had to return one meal to be remade due to quality was clearly rushed ! Overall i would not recommend this restaurant to anybody who’s looking for a nice meal with good service ! Disappointed in management

  Sorry Isabelle we didn’t have the survey pop up when we paid with the QR code and we still wanted to review. Thank you very much for your service you were incredible and suuuper accommodating especially with my runny egg :) she made sure everything was perfect and checked on us often which was appreciated. Big thanks to the other members of the team also!

  Stopped in mid week and the venue was surprisingly busy but staff got us a table quickly. I feel that they might still be getting the place set up as it took a while for ordering and service compared to the usual wagamama speed. I had the pulled shiitake mushroom which was great, but just a little dry and could do with more sauce to liven it up. However it's as a meat replacement this was incredible! We had cocktails which were small but tasted good. Would definitely return and appreciate that it's a new site for them and they are still settling into a routine!

  Half-empty restaurant. Got seated, informed servers of husband's allergy. "No problem, manager will take your order". Okay, fine. Ten minutes later another server comes over - can't take our order, they're not the manager. Twenty minutes go by, no-one comes over. We've not been asked for drinks, nothing. This is a weekend, not at capacity. Sad to say we got up and left after 30 minutes of frankly awful service. Hate to think how long we'd have to wait for food.
