  Really disappointing experience at Wagamama Poole. The chicken and prawns were served cold. On top of that, the restaurant was full of uncleared tables, and we waited around 20 minutes just for two Coke Zeros. What was particularly frustrating was watching tray after tray of glasses pile up on the bar while several waitresses seemed to be standing around chatting together. The whole place looked understaffed, disorganised and poorly managed. Cold food, slow drinks and a restaurant full of uncleared tables made for a really unpleasant experience. Sadly, not somewhere I’d rush back to.

  First time at a wagamama and it was busy! I thought my meal was ok but I'd near enough finished it before me partner recieved there's which kinda defeats the object of dining out together but the table guy did say it might happen. Our prawn crackers were given to another table but we did receive more after a nudge. Id return again to try an another dish tho.

  Will never be coming back to this wagamamas. Waited for almost a full hour for entry (told it would be 20 mins) and directed outside in the cold, even though half of the restaurant was empty - and im not even exaggerating as there was over 6 tables empty inside and 4 outside as well as 3 long tables. What's the excuse for not sitting people down? After finally sitting down and asking for a drink it took another 15 mins before anyone came over asked me if I wanted to order anything (still waiting on the drink!) And then finally starting the process of waiting for the food begins after almost 1hr 30mins of waiting!!! No apologies from the staff, in fact they were just walking past and pretending the people still at the door didnt exist! Never had service like this before and won't be coming back.

  Have tried a few times to eat here, it is without doubt the worst run wagama in the country One occasion the computer wasn’t working but not one person was able to use a pen and paper Next time, even with 32 seats available apparently they were backed up and a 45 min wait, offered to sit outside and was told they were not serving outside, pointed to all the tables empty and told they were closed Just pointless trying to eat there
