  I visited this location today to sort out a time-sensitive DVLA vehicle tax issue, and the level of customer service was absolutely appalling. The male member of staff behind the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment I approached him. Not only did he display a terrible attitude, but he was also entirely incompetent. He clearly did not know how to process a standard vehicle tax transaction or handle a basic system override, and he showed zero interest in actually trying to help me resolve the issue. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with staff who are this lazy and confrontational when you are just trying to get a straightforward task sorted. Avoid this branch if you actually need something done properly. I will be lodging a formal complaint with management.

  Came in for an IDP so I can drive abroad and was completely appalled with the service. Staff acted exacerbated at the request and then proceeded to serve others in the meantime making the process slow compared to my previous visit for an IDP here last year. I realised after leaving the store that my DOB and address was incorrect, so I went back into to get a new one made. Immediately the staff were standoffish and said that ‘it’s probably fine’, understandably with a legal document in a foreign country anyone would want their documentation to be as clear as possible and to not take any chances, so I requested regardless for them to redo my IDP politely. The lady serving assumed that me being straight about the IDP needing to be correct was me being rude, and proceeded to make comments in front of everyone and to the shift leader Terry about how I was being rude and expecting too much, with Terry even making comments like ‘next time we’ll remember to roll out a red carpet for you’ and sniggering/laughing to each other about me, all as I stood in silence without provoking them whatsoever. I had been nothing but straight, silent and polite and made a simple request, so I think this behaviour was a massive overreaction and very upsetting, especially given they snatched the new IDP as I was trying to leave, extending this awful interaction further. I will not be returning for any reason, and I recommend people to go to another location if you want assurance that your IDP is correct first time.

  Sam and Cheryl were amazing! Super friendly people and helped me with my international driving permit and had fantastic customer service. Thanks for your happy faces and hard work
