- ASAiryn Skene4 days ago5.0Lovely pub serving tradition foods and drinks, with a very large selection of gluten free options, most I've seen in a pub with many of the items being made naturally gluten free meaning no trying to simply remove items from the plate. Staff were warm and friendly, and there are outdoor beer gardens and full table service. 100% would eat here again as a coeliac having had no issues with cross contamination.

The chap who served us at the bar and brought our food was also lovely. It was on a Thursday night so was a little quiet on the restaurant but still a nice atmosphere. We did have desserts of what they call proper sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and lemon meringue tart both delicious but the tart portion was a tad small. All in all a really nice place to have dinner. And on top of that very clean

The roast beef in particular was cooked just right. The veg were firm and lush. In fact, all the food was great The staff were excellent, BIG shout out to Jas who looked after me. Finally, they had Timothy Taylor Landlord on tap that was in great condition.
