  We went for one last meal before it closes. I met my wife here so it holds a special place in my heart. Can't really find fault. Food was really tasty and hot. Service was brilliant and going early in the evening it was pretty quiet which was what i was after. Shame its closing always had a positive experience here.

  We had a big table for 6 people with plenty of room. The atmosphere was really nice, the staff were really friendly and the food here was amazing, so fresh and tasty, the seafood was amazing. The portions were good even for children and no food was wasted. The bill was extremely reasonable (we all had starters, mains, desserts and drinks). Highly recommended.

  We were just around here for the sea and we have searched for the nearest pubs for late lunch. We didn't have a booking in a Sunday but they have found us a table. Glad we have picked this because of the free parking! Excellent Sunday roast, beef, turkey or gammon or a combination, excellent prices ( accepts Blue light card as well) , very nice place. I got beef which is usually overcooked but this was very tasty. Staff a little overwhelmed but very polite and fast. It's a part of a chain with few restaurants around the UK. Sorry I had already started my plate before taking the pic 🤣

  The food is average. The big issue we had was waiting 15 minutes for our first drink that was ordered on arrival. We could see our drinks on the bar and went to get them. We were told no they would be brought to us but the barman just had to fo something else first. The second drink order took so long that we were just about ready to leave. After this it took 10 minutes to pay at the bar because the hand held card readers weren’t working. A memorable evening for all the wrong reasons.
