  A very uncomfortable situation occurred today, due to staff rudeness and his unprofessional attitude. One member of staff on the till was shouting at an elderly man that he “had no money on his card” as it kept declining. It made the environment very uncomfortable and I really felt for the elderly man, trying to buy his groceries. I couldn’t believe how he was speaking to customers.

  Never had a problem most staff are lovely, but one staff member I’ve had a problem with and have known others to have a problem with as her attitude is rude and can’t even be bothered to put a smile on her face, you’re NOT allowed to put your shopping away in your bag before you’ve paid because you might be stealing it, Even if you go there everyday and spend a lot of money there. If you state you have a problem there is no apologies and no understanding I don’t seem to understand why I should be polite and respectful if they can’t.
