  We had an amazing time at wagamamas this evening. All thanks to our waiter Alfie and coworker Lawrence. Please give them both a raise, they have great customer service skills and are a credit to your restaurant #carryingtheteam. Alfie even helped us decide what bao buns to get and what a choice with the hoisin duck ones. They were so yummy, wish we could picture them but they were scranned before the camera got there #bottomlesspit. Cant wait till next time big up wagas and their wonderful staff xoxox

  Really good experience coming to Dorchester Wagamamas, me and my friend had a great time too with the friendly staff, especially our waiter Shannon who brought great energy and always smiled throughout the entire time. Food came quick and well presented and it was twice more delicious (Even greater thank you to Alex who made the BEST green tea which was FREE) !! A huge thank you to all the staff and a definite recommendation !!

  Classic Wagamama meal. You know what you're getting but it was well executed. Excellent service. We were a group of over a dozen who didn't know that booking is now possible. Grace did a brilliant job of juggling tables so we only had to wait a few minutes and jumped through hoops again when it came to the bill. 10/10.

  Always love coming to Dorchester Wagamama's, service is always great along with the atmosphere. Staff are friendly and very helpful when ordering something different

  Although the service was pleasant enough, I felt awkward collecting a menu from inside the restaurant to take to our outside table and was made to feel as if I was doing something wrong by a team member. May I hasten to add it wasn't the person who served us at our table outside. She was exceptionally polite and friendly. It was someone inside. We love wagamama and have never been disappointed with the food. Until today. My chicken and prawn yaki soba was delivered a good 15 minutes before my husband's nasi goreng. It was a bit cold and lacked the usual taste, and there were only 2 prawns in it! I had pretty much finished by the time my husband's lunch arrived. The outside chairs were hard and uncomfortable which is disappointing. Wagamama is usually way better than this. To end on a positive note, the location in Brewery Square, Dorchester is fabulous. Felt like being on holiday!
