  I have eaten at many wagamamas before but this one has been the best! Me and my partner stopped in dorchester on our way home just for some food and decided we fancied wagamamas. From start to finish we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the happy atmosphere in the restaurant and to top it all off the chef offered us a complimentary dish to try!! Would definitely recommend!!

  We had a click and collect from you this evening and were left very unsatisfied, the food was all cold. The salad for the katsu curry was all wilted and majority of it was radicchio lettuce which is incredibly bitter and not enjoyable to eat. The chicken in the katsu curry was like eating a rubber band, was disgusting. Definitely not worth the money.

  We come to this one regularly and all the staff are brilliant but our last visit for lunch we had a lovely server Lydia. She was brilliant for her first day (We've all been there!) and we appreciate all her efforts, she made our lunch memorable with her humour. Can't wait to come back again and I hope she doesn't stop smiling, amazing job!

  Quick visit whilst heading to Weymouth for the Ironman event and it was what you would expect from a Wagamama's. Still find it weird that food is so staggered some of our guests received all three of thier dishes and had finished two of them before anything else even arrived, but thats Waga's for you.

  Wow, in my opinion, this is the WORST Wagamama EVER. Took my daughter and our family for her 18th birthday meal this July. The food was substandard ( the seafood special is laughable as hardly any seafood in it. Our food also came out at such a staggered rate that 3 of us had to sit and watch 2 of our party eat their entire meals before ours even arrived. The cleanliness of the loos was REVOLTING. I brought this to the attention of the manager Adam, via telephone call a few days later. Adams manner was very rude and accusatory ( asking me why id not mentioned the filthy loo door when I dined there back in March, as if it were MY fault that it was disgustingly filthy) Adam was so rude that I ended the conversation early, and also recorded it! I have images of the same loo door 4 months apart and blatantly hadn't been cleaned once! Avoid like the plague! Sort it out Wagamama!!!!
