  Please kindly advise your staff members to use appropriate and polite words towards customers under unforeseen conditions if they are panicking and stressed. I could clearly see they had not got a team leader and a team in that store. I ordered a pizza online and the payment has been made. There was a man dealing with me unenthusiastically and he was trying to take double payment. He was explaining to me that some problem occurred centrally in the system for which they do not have control to see whether the payment has been made. So, he would like to take another payment for the same order. I was explaining I wasn't prepared to make a double payment. He used the word he was not there to give free pizza. I don't understand what sort of training your staffs are getting ,shame on Domino's.

  On 6/7/26, I received the wrong order and unfortunately the current manager, who refused to provide his name, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone when I called to let them know about the mistake. For context, the pizza delivered to me had chicken and I mentioned to him: I noticed it is the wrong order as soon as I took the first bite as I don't like chicken. The manager responded you are not making any sense and you should have looked at the pizza before taking a bite. I got so frustrated that I walked to the shop with what I received asking for an explanation. He again without apologising said you must always look at what you have received in case it is the wrong item! I have been a customer for more than two years and on a similar occasion, which only happened once - more than a year ago, the manager was very polite, apologised, checked if I was allergic to anything to ensure I have not come to any harm etc. and sent me the correct order right away. Also for context they did get me the correct order at the end, but in the worst way possible, a disrespectful attitude, and a lot of time wasted. I am shocked with the service I received and the stress I went through only for ordering a pizza. This inconsistency with the management is unacceptable, I will never order from this branch again.

  Ordered a 7" personal 2 toppings thin crust pizza today. Lunchtime collection for only £2.99. Good value and reasonable quality. Perfect size for a lunchtime bite.

  Never again… Food is mediocre, but delivery is (usually) fast which is why we’ve used them several times when we’ve run behind and needed something for dinner quickly. Pizzas tend to be a little bit on the sloppy side, but if you pop them in a hot oven when they arrive you can usually rescue them. However, ordered delivery and driver couldn’t find us. I missed his call initially and called him back (twice) but he didn’t answer. Called Doninos and was told I could collect them if I wanted them. By now the soggy pizzas would be unrecoverable so I said no. They refused a refund so charged us for pizzas we never received. Mediocre food you can fix when in a bind is one thing. Mediocre food with what amounts to theft is another. Got a refund via charge-back dispute with my bank.

  Gluten free pizzas are no longer avaliable in store if you walk in. We were shopping in the Range and thought I'd order our tea from Domino's next door... But after years of buying GF pizzas from here before, was now told you can only order online. Reading previous reviews, I'm not the only one to experience this - and their response (and no doubt response to this review) will be they do it so they can prepare the GF pizza, and to make sure the customer reads all the allergen information... But this was no problem before and why can't this information be supplied when you turn up... What other restaurants send you away and tell you to order gluten free dishes online, then come back later to pick it up??!
