  Fantastic experience at Papa John’s! The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff were amazing—especially. Kashif was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Their positive attitude made the visit even better. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!

  Ordered on the app for collection at 6pm. 6:20pm, order was still showing at the confirmed stage. Was nearby so went to collect/wait in store. One guy in there on his own doing everything. Very unfair to him and these stores always seem to prioritise the just eat/deliveroo collections over in store customers. Would have left if I hadn't paid. My order jumped to 'ready for collection' by about 6:30 when in fact my pizzas finally went in the oven at 6:50 after I'd been waiting in the shop since 6:20. Given pizza at 7pm. 1 hour wait for 2 medium pizzas and bites. Asked for a refund of the bites as compensation for the wait, was told individual item refunds are not possible. I was offered a free drink or ice cream which I didn't want. Got told he would remember my face for a free pizza next time. Extremely doubtful. Whilst I was in there a just eat driver abandoned his collection due to his wait time. And another customer who was there when I arrived had not even had her order taken at the till but had waited almost an hour also left. I can't fault the guy serving as what could he do. He was working fast with zero help, doing the phone, making the orders, packing the food. This poor review is for the management of this store who clearly have staffing issues impacting their customer service. Used to never had a problem with this store, this is my second bad experience in the last month. Previous issue was on delivery being marked as delivered when it had not arrived. Not sure if they're trying to cover their stats by marking orders as ready when they aren't. But they shouldn't as it's hiding the real staffing issues clearly. Food was fine. Standard Papa. Be warned!
