  This place is dirty and very run down. Left over food/crumbs on all the tables, they could do with a good spray and wipe down, the floor is filthy, could do with a sweep and the whole place is dusty, leather seats are ripped too. The service was slow yet there was only one order before ours. We will not be going back to this Burger King again that’s for sure!

  First time we go there closed due to staff sickness Some one needs to get there act together Wont bother going there again mc donalds please show them how its done One year later still not bought a burger The word sorry would have gone a long way

  Place is always having staff issues, closing early, or just not open at all. Went in to the store waiting to be served for 10 minutes, plenty of staff saw me. I had to ask to get some attention and then they tell me they're not taking anymore orders. USELESS! Just go somewhere else and don't waste your time.

  We normally go to the one in tower park but thought we’d try the one nearer to us. Instant regret! Everything we tried to order they ‘couldn’t do’. Poor lad who served us was so flustered but was very honest and we appreciated it. They couldn’t even mix our milkshakes because the company don’t supply the equipment to do it. Food was Meh. But very let down by the fact the company don’t deliver the things the restaurant needs meaning ALOT of what you want, they don’t have. Burger King are putting their employees in a horrible position. The lad couldn’t have been more apologetic but it’s not him that needs to apologise to us. The company needs to apologise to their employees. Shameful, lazy and selfish.
