  While we have never had an issue after so many years. However after our last order and experience I doubt we will be again. While the food we received from our order was fine it was the fact the majority of our order was not delivered, the response from the driver if not my problem. Call the store and they said they would provide a refund this has not happened despite it being a week now. While I'd hope this was just an isolated thing looking through other reviews there appears to be quite of few issuss with incomplete orders and nor received a refund. As such our order last week will be the last

  Never tried Papa Johns before but wont ever try it again. Its all about the brand but not about the quality. Its expensive fake crap, barely any toppings, cheese, or flavour and its chewy. Not fresh just tastes like a pizza from the Coop. I dont know how they have stayed in business all these years. Never again.

  Order said it was delivered and did not turn up for another 15 minutes. This is awful customer service. Got told it was a “system error” … we’ll fix the system. Some of the food was cold the rest lukewarm.

  food arrived after nearly an hour and half, called them and we were told 4-5 mins, anyways 15 minutes later our food was delivered. not even any apologies from the restaurant despite calling twice. not great service and can’t say id order from them anytime soon
