  Great customer service, and great food. Facilities are nice and clean. When we arrived we was treated by a member of staff and then the member of staff could not do enough to ensure we got our order right.

  I went here at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday looking for a chill night alone listening to music and eating pizza and the staff were super nice and one guy even gave me a Poundland bag to take my pizza away in! It was a bit expensive but the pizza is always great 👍 (Unrelated but the girl who made my pizza was really pretty so....)

  I ordered a large pizza,dr pepper and a sauce which was cooked in 5 minutes, the driver then drove to the electric palace to do a delivery before mine I assume, and sat in one location for 20 minutes she then drove to my location and sat outside for 5-10 minutes before I received my order! Your lucky it’s warm to be honest 🤣

  We ordered on the app and it took payment twice due to an error with the app, we queried it when we went to collect and the guy working was SO rude, he wouldn’t let us speak and said he is too busy to help and it is not his problem. We asked another worker to help us in the situation and the rude guy came back over and spoke over everyone in the most unpleasant and rude manner I have ever experienced, at one point he was practically laughing at us (no exaggeration!!) - we simply couldn’t get a word in to even explain what had happened. We will not be returning, by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced, so poor. We simply just wanted a resolution and to get our money back. We look forward to hearing from someone about how to get our money back for the duplicate payment as this is still yet to be resolved- we were told we would just have to wait. So disappointed
