  Bad experience Very disappointed with my order at John’s Pizza. One pizza arrived as a crust with almost no toppings. The second pizza was half raw, impossible to eat. For that kind of money you expect a normal, well-cooked pizza, not this one. The quality this time is just terrible. I do not recommend it.

  Very disappointing experience I ordered two pizzas, but unfortunately neither of them arrived as expected. One pizza was completely falling apart and looked like it had been handled very poorly. The other pizza had no toppings or sauce at all — it was literally just plain dough. I paid for two proper pizzas, so this was extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and service. I definitely would not order from here again.

  Waited 1.5 hours and it didn’t turn up. Update: the pizzas, unfortunately, did arrive! They were collectively some of the worst things we’ve ever consumed. The pizza tasted like aniseed for some reason — what kind of cheese tastes like aniseed? What cow makes this? The dips were somehow even worse. We were given three random ones, and the garlic dip in particular may genuinely be the nastiest thing ever created. I’d rather eat asbestos. It tasted like it had been exhumed from a graveyard. The garlic bread was cut vertically like an Excel spreadsheet, and for some reason tasted almost entirely of margarine. Why does garlic bread taste like margarine? Who asked for that? I can’t believe it’s not butter. Honestly, all-round awful. Fair play. That was fairly shocking.

  The staff is not helpful at all, very bad service overall, too ironic towards me just to order 2 pizzas.

  I had a great experience at Papa John’s. A special thank you to Mirza for his excellent customer service. He was polite, professional, and made sure my order was handled perfectly. Unfortunately, the staff member working at the checkout/cashier on 07/07/2026 at 12:19 PM was quite rude, which was disappointing. I hope the management addresses this, as good customer service makes a big difference. Thanks again to Mirza for providing such outstanding service!
