  Upon arriving there was a group of youths messing around and pushed infront to complain about something. The staff saw this and just looked at me as if to justify it in some way. When I asked about the free kids meals during the holidays the staff knew nothing about it. Very poor service and felt disregarded.

  no napkins and the drinks are warm not cold how it should be 😡 no sausses bad music the windows are utterly dirty!!!

  Seriously what is wrong with the staff here? They squirt so little of that cheese sauce on the burgers, it's almost as if it comes out of their own pockets! This is not a one time event. After visiting this place for 3 years, it's basically a rule at this point. Like get a life...

  My fiancé and friends visited while on vacation from Greece and stopped here for a quick meal during our trip to Bournemouth. We were genuinely impressed. The food was exactly what you want from a fast-food place. The fries were crispy, the burgers were great, and the service was quick even though it was busy. What stood out the most was how clean and organized everything was. The dining area were spotless, and the staff were friendly and professional. Also, the Greek manager deserves a raise you can clearly tell the place is being run by someone who cares about quality and customer experience. A great stop during our trip, and definitely one of the best quick meals we had in Bournemouth. Definitely worth a visit, hope we visit again soon! 💕
