  Been coming this store for years it has a great layout in store easy to get around in wheel chair or pram and guid dog friendly even has costa u can sit in also staff are friendly happy to help only thing they have updated checkouts and we bit added on wich is good but the store needs done up to modern day old and loads leaks they try fix but needs a face lift and make it brighter sept that great place to shop but some times the shelf says 1 price scan difrent spoke to staff loads about it its getting annoying so watch out out and allways check ✔️

  Usually it’s fine but the girl with red hair wouldn’t let me buy prosecco because apparently I look under 25 I had scans of my passport as well but she wanted physical ID so said I’ll have to go get it so I went back home to get it and then when I came back was told it was too late - she didn’t mention that I needed to be back at a specific time so I went all the way back for nothing. I bet this kind of ID-ing happens to a lot of Asian-looking women - I look my age - but I feel I’m being profiled because they are unsure due to my ethnicity. So unfortunately if you are a person of colour bring ID for alcohol even if you are over 25. 🙄

  We got a home delivery yesterday which was delivered by Andrew. Just want to say a big thanks for helping my wife pack up the items into bags. My wife was alone with our newborn baby and this was a massive help to her. I hope you get to see this and thanks for the excellent customer service! 👍 👏
