First I got a text saying my delivery would be between 15.15 and 15.46, after an hour I called them and was told the driver was “helping the police” and I would definitely get my delivery. Then I got a text saying, your delivery will be with you by 18.10. Another hour passed then I got a text saying, your delivery will be with you by 20.10. By 9 nothing had arrived and I called again. I was then told the van had a “mechanical problem” and they had sent me a text telling me to click and collect. I received no such text. Then to add insult to injury the next morning I received a text saying my order would be delivered by 12, needless to say that didn’t happen either! No one capable of telling the truth and no attempt to resolve the problem. I ordered from Asda instead and got a delivery the next day. Saved quite a bit on my groceries and even the delivery fee is more than half the price of greedy incompetent Tesco. Never again will I go near this company but thanks for helping to find me a much cheaper and better supermarket. A+ 👍
