  Had to ask for our Sundaes to be refilled because there was next to nothing in the tub. Then they admitted the machine had run out and tried pawning the leftovers on us. Had to wait on the new ones but they just topped up the old ones 😕 Bacon Caesar Angus was stone cold, waste of money. I'll never use this takeaway again and its local to me. MCDONALD'S I'll be back next time.

  I went in the on Tuesday I got service by this lovely girl called Neave, my gran has really bad social anxiety and this girl was nothing but sweet and took her time helping serve her even my gran says she feel welcome and would definitely come again if the service was like this girl Please give this a girl a raise!!

  staff members are really polite, say sorry in advance and get straight on to the thing they need to do. if that is a misplaced item, cleaning, stocking the sorts.

  Why does it advertise online and on door that it opens at 8am ? Visited at 9.40 on Monday morning to find door closed though a member of staff inside. Returned at 10 am door still shut though 2 members of staff inside who totally ignored me. No wonder this place is getting bad reviews, terrible organisation.

  Typical Fast Food experience. The service was polite but overall a bit slower than I expected. This is likely just down to it being a new team getting to grips with things. The food was as expected from a burger and more than acceptable. The only issue I had was that the Chicken Royale I’d ordered was pretty much cold when I got it. This was replaced for a fresh one without any issue and staff were polite enough to offer an apology for the inconvenience. The cleanliness was acceptable however for a brand new restaurant I’d have expected better.
