- DDdud2k10Sep 28, 20261.030 minute wait for cold burgers and forgetting hash brown. Can hear staff in back mocking me for complaining. Mcds workers for you
- PPPraveerSep 11, 20261.0Very poor customer service. Used the drive through. After ordering in all fairness the food came quickly however, we received the wrong item, things like this can happen and I asked for it to be corrected only to be told that it was out of stock. Would it not be a good idea to inform your customers that the item they are requesting at the drive through is out of stock before they place and pay for the order? I spoke with Jarla at the till who was professional however tried to justify their actions. If you order a mccrispy do you expect a mcspicy? No you expect to be told that they are out of stock. Terrible service and poor customer communication.
- JSJordan Chloe Souter-SmithSep 5, 20261.0Says it’s 24 hours but doesn’t stipulate its drive thru only, misleading.
- MHMartin HughesSep 1, 20262.0This place is slow, I went into the drive through and it took 20 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me.
- GGgracie-leighAug 29, 20261.0My mother had been and ordered some food, when I had got to the end of my burger, I felt hairs in my mouth. When I looked at it there was hairs sticking out of the burger, lodged within the meat and cheese.
