She is always so smiley, happy, and genuinely a joy to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her — she goes above and beyond every single time. Her attitude makes such a difference to my visits, and she deserves recognition for the brilliant service she gives. A real credit to Greggs.

I ordered through the greggs app and had under 10 minutes to catch my train ( my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes prior but the store never sent a confirmation through- until an hour later 🙃 ) so, I had to queue and ask for my order and noticed items were missing so had to quickly get them and run for my train. Not the best customer service but the food was as expected.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
