Building looks shabby, inside bear looking and no atmosphere. Staff so-so, a couple forced a smile. As for the toilets, they are a absolute disgrace, filthy and smelly. I was left wondering when were they last clean. I used to be a hygiene manager for a food company and visited and inspected shops, stores etc who we supplied. I would not have hesitated in getting this place shut down. Come on Greggs and Burger King get this place sorted and turn into what could be a great service stop.

Tasty as always, a pick me up for our long drive. Inside there are some tables and chairs. The Gents toilet has a leak, not the best when wearing flip flops

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
