  Stopped for rest, food and toilet. I'm physically disabled and have bladder problems. I carry an official card for bladder urgency issues & have Radar Key for disabled toilet. Two women waiting for the 1 women's toilet. 1 of them was complaining about how long the woman inside had been and banging on the door. A man was cleaning the disabled toilet. He came out, told the 2 women in front of me they could use the disabled toilet. I pointed out that I was disabled and have bladder issues and they are not disabled.. He replied with, there's a queue and I have to get into the women's toilet too to clean it, I'll leave the door open for you as well. I don't need the door left open as I have a Radar Key which is supposed to prevent non disabled people using them! Since when has queue at toilets been a reason for non disabled people to use disabled toilets?! I wouldn't have minded as such if he or the woman who went in apologised to me and said something like they'd waited long time, were desperate and be quick.But, no, she just rushed in , came out surly faced & didn't look at me! Had a Burger King meal, £10 and it wasn't very nice. The server looked fed up and dead behind the eyes. Please educate staff on what disabled toilets are for and why Radar Key exists!

  This place is also shared with Greggs, it is a disgrace to the two companies. The inside is terrible, the toilets are absolutely disgusting and a wonder no one has suffered a serious illness. The whole place needs shutting down. It needs a Burger King or Greggs admin team need to go and get this tip sorted

  Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good experience at all. The service felt cold and unwelcoming, and both the burgers and chips were served cold. We asked for Coke Zero but were given regular Coke instead. They didn’t even offer ketchup with the burgers, which was disappointing. Overall, the food and service were not worth the money. I definitely wouldn’t go back and, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and go somewhere else!

  Dropped in for food, drinks and comfort break on a long journey; five of us, including two children and drove round the back to what looked like a patch of waste ground; pot holed and shabby. Desperate by then, so went in just before 7.30pm to a freezing restaurant poor lit, with tables roped off and a tiny area left to eat. Toilets had been closed too, almost 3 hours before closing! Asked for access as had children but was denied. Food was alright except onion rings and chilli cheese bites which were not cooked fresh so were cold and like rubber! Another poor couple had to eat at the table facing the closed toilet door! Classy. Rushed food as needed the loo desperately and was told the toilet in the petrol station was open. 6 person queue there in the cold waiting to access what can only be described as the kill set for SAW! Filthy and swilling in urine! Thanks for that. Lovely way to finish off a nice trip away. An inside toilet is the bare minimum expectation when paying over £30 for dried out offerings. I expect the staff managed a flyer at 10.01 though! Do better!
