- DSDavid Strong4 days ago4.0This is a MacDonald's in a service area. The MacDonald's was busy, but they were completing orders quickly. I had a very large order, for 7 people, which I entered at an automated kiosk. However, the receipt printer was not working and luckily I managed to see my order number. The order was completed quickly, but turned out to be missing one item. I did not feel confident asking for the item without a receipt, so I ordered the item again from a different kiosk. This was also not printing receipts, but I saw the order number and got the missing item. I informed the staff about the kiosk issue, and they seemed to know they had a problem. I don't understand why they could not put a sign on the kiosks to warn people about the receipt printer problem.
- SKStewart Kelly6 days ago5.0Service was good, especially considering how busy the place is. Food wasn't the hottest, but acceptable. However, the dining area needs more staff. Only one person at peak time - doing a great job, but losing the battle against it being so busy at lunchtime.

- AMAnne McleodAug 3, 20265.0It was later on, stopped off on the way back from an epic day in Doncaster. Food was tasty, service was great but the amount of kiddies running around wild and screaming at 10pm, was completely distracting. I'm not anti kiddies, just wish the parents would keep an eye on their kid's and not allow them to harass other people. Not McDonald's fault of that I'm aware,but I reckon that the staff were as frustrated as us.
