  Was disappointed with my visit. Toilets hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Tables were not being attended to by staff to keep them clean and clear of left behind orders. Staff weren’t overly helpful. One of our burgers had no ketchup on it and one of the cheeseburgers came with no cheese. None of the dips we had selected and ordered were supplied. Chips were soft and like warm to cold. I wouldn’t revisit this branch again.

  We visited today at around 3pm and initially everything seemed fine. The young man who served us at the counter was friendly, polite and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill while we were waiting for our food. The woman preparing the burgers repeatedly glared in our direction and continually caught my eye. We are from Scotland and had never met this member of staff before, so there was no reason for this behaviour. It made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our visit. When our order arrived, it was also incorrect. We had ordered a Chicken Royale meal with extra mayo, but the burger had no mayo at all. We had also ordered a 9-piece Chicken Nugget meal, but only received 3 nuggets. We took the order back to have it corrected. The same woman took the burger, added only the tiniest amount of mayo, threw it back into the bag and again glared at me before walking away without apologising. While the missing nuggets were eventually sorted, the attitude and customer service we received were unacceptable. It’s a shame because the young man who served us was excellent, but the overall experience was very disappointing due to the behaviour of the other member of staff. I hope this feedback is taken on board, as customers should feel welcome and treated with respect.

  Just Dirty The state of the toilets is horrible, No Soap for two times I visited which is very unhygienic Needs Improvement and review from their supervisor as their service might affect the whole chain reputation..

  Shocking service. Near lunch time and only 1 staff member serving and 1 preparing; the rest presumably on a break. Finally got served after about 25-30mins with loads of people waiting. The food was stone cold when I got it. McDonalds it ain't and the manager obviously needs retraining as he should know how to stagger his staff for maximum output for customers. Appalling, really poor. I complained to Burger King and it's taken them weeks to respond. Useless, just totally incompetent throughout...
