  Ordered at 12:25pm, and the order was accepted at 12:26pm. I then waited an entire hour, only to receive a notification at 13:25 saying the order had been delivered — despite the fact that it had absolutely not arrived. I waited even longer and eventually had to phone the store. I was told there had been a mix-up with the orders. Then, at 14:25 — a full two hours after placing the order — the delivery driver finally arrived, literally just as we were leaving to do the school run. This is completely unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. It genuinely feels like orders are being marked as “delivered” an hour before they actually arrive, possibly to make their delivery times look better. And after waiting two hours, you’d at least expect the food to be decent. Unfortunately, the cheese bites were absolutely stone cold. A two-hour wait, an order incorrectly marked as delivered, having to phone the store to find out what was happening, and then receiving cold food is simply not good enough. This place is a joke. Sort your delivery system out and stop marking orders as delivered when they haven’t actually been delivered.

  Ordered from here through Deliveroo with an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. The order was accepted (meaning I couldn't cancel) but 90 minutes later there was no sign of it being on its way and the shop was due to close. The phone number is disconnected, and because the order was marked as "being prepared" even the folks at Deliveroo were initially reluctant to cancel it but eventually did. I should get my money back in a couple of days. Thoroughly disappointing experience!

  quick and efficient, however you sometimes can not hear the workers as they prepare your meal
