The order was accepted (meaning I couldn't cancel) but 90 minutes later there was no sign of it being on its way and the shop was due to close. The phone number is disconnected, and because the order was marked as "being prepared" even the folks at Deliveroo were initially reluctant to cancel it but eventually did. I should get my money back in a couple of days. Thoroughly disappointing experience!
