Ordered a lot of Pizza for the family on Saturday night whilst we were in Dumfries!! Quality was top notch and the delivery driver was brilliant!! Kay was with us in no time at all and was very friendly with a good sense of humour! 😎

Really disappointed with our experience tonight\. We accidentally entered the wrong address when placing our order, which was our mistake, but the way the situation was handled was extremely rude and unprofessional\. The delivery driver was actually very nice and polite, and we had no issue with him at all\. However, when we received a call to explain that the food had been taken back because there was no answer, the person on the phone had a very rude tone and ended the call on us when we tried to explain the misunderstanding\. We understand that mistakes happen, but there was absolutely no need to speak to us in that way\. The driver was lovely, but the customer service over the phone was extremely disappointing\.
