The MRS and I went to Tesco in Annan this evening about 6pm we were surprised to find it open being as.it was a Sunday but to cut to the chase we were pleased with the wide variety of items on the shelves we found the staff to be friendly and very helpful altogether a great experience plenty of parking and for disabled folks too. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

While down visiting my elderly parents took my mother for a big shop as I've got the car , seems we are now all employees of tescos without getting a wage , so a big shop you now have to scan yourself while two tesco employees stand and watch you and to top it off customer service desk won't give you change for a note now instructions from the management apparently, luckily I shop at aldi when back home thankfully as seems tescos no longer have customers interest as their main focus anymore

The push towards self service in Annan must be a mistake as they do not trust the customer base. Asked for a tag to be removed from Dear Gladys who was so busy gossiping with another assistant and was told to supply the receipt to make sure I had not stolen the £5 item I was buying, the one I was handing over to have a tag removed, the one that if she had been doing her job she would have just seen me pay for. Congratulations Tesco for your wonderful service Aldi thanks you for giving me a full refund to spend at their establishment. Looking at your recent reviews I see that the shop will be closing soon as you have failed most of Annan
