  This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! We didn't order at the screens at the door because I had my 87 year old mom with me and she wants to talk to a real person. We get to the cash- wait for someone to come and take our order, then order our sundae's. All ok. Until I forgot to get a water for the dog. I wait again for someone to come. I order the water. She gives me a receipt and basically at that point, I'm set adrift to find it myself. She goes on to help the next and the next person in line. Never looking to me, who is standing, waiting and wondering if someone is going to help me. Everyone is in the kitchen. I walked in- made eye contact with another young lady who just stares at me as i state my request for a bottle of water- showing her my receipt. When she first saw me, she was actually going to ignore me completely. She pointed to a bottle of water on a tray so I grabbed it and walked out. I could hear the 2 young girl's saying 'did she just walk into the kitchen?) Where was the manager, you ask? I wondered the same thing. Sadly, that interaction, likely, won't be enough for anything to change. This place is only set up for drive through. Do yourself a favour and do that! Dismal.

  SO RUDE!!!! i paid for a ketchup breakfast wrap, and got given a brown sauce with no egg but only realised when i got home and took 3 bites of it because the first two is just WRAP. just BREAD. i ordered another one, got there a bit late due to traffic and they refused to give me a new one because “breakfast is now over”. i paid for 2!!! AND DIDNT GET MY CORRECT WRAP!!!!! she only gave me a refund for the messed up order and then said they didn’t take the money from my card for the new wrap, but it did. she then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t know how long it would take for my money to return. if i don’t get my money back in 3 days i will be back and making another complaint. i’ve left with no food, and pissed off. all i wanted was a breakfast wrap since it’s my pregnancy craving and all it led me to was a horrible morning where i got messed about with. absolutely ridiculous.

  the chips were perfectly salted and thr burger was really nice and had loads of flavour

  I find this McDonald’s is more expensive than others. Food is always hot but I find the burgers quite greasy. I can’t comment about the atmosphere inside as I have gone through the drive through. Will probably be hitting other McDonalds due to lower price and less grease on the burgers.
